There's no truer cliche in all of poker than "all it takes is one mistake."  That's the case for Ray Henson who, up until the last hand had played some incredible poker.  Interestingly enough, it was against Scotty Nguyen (who has fought back from being the shortest stack in the event to the biggest).

On a Kd6d6h flop Scotty bet and Ray came over the top all in.  Scotty instantly called with the KQ and Ray was well behind with 99.  The pot was over the 15m mark which begs the question, "Why?"  ESPN Poker Club Grand Puba Andrew Feldman had just pointed out the lunacy of overplaying certain hands with 50 big blinds or more; yet several players had not just been pushing but calling off their entire stacks when they could wait for a better spot.

Now 11 players remain.  The current chip counts:

Jon Kalmar     23m
Tuan Lam   20.3m
Lee Childs   18m
Scotty Nguyen   15m
Hevad "Rain" Khan   12m
Raymond Rahme   11m
Lee Watkinson   10m
Alex Kravchenko   5.5m
Philip Hilm   5m
Steven Garfinkle   3m
Jerry Yang   1.7m
